After your order is shipped, you will get a confirmation email containing tracking details. You can also email support@tcpiggybank2.com with your order number to check your order status. Orders are usually processed within 0–2 business days and typically arrive within 3–5 business days after fulfillment. All orders come with free shipping protection.

Once confirmed, we will send a one-time replacement within 24 hours at no extra cost. Each customer is eligible for one replacement per order, subject to review.
